Wow , I couldn't agree more. Finally a company that has the GUTS to take on the big dog.The better business bureau is so out dated and living in the past!. I'm joining your company "centralfact" today and i hope all the companies in America does the same.
I found your website after doing a google search on the BBB. I was just told by the owner of a large auto dealership that he could care less if I complain to the BBB. To make matters worse he went on to say as long as he pays the BBB he will always have an A+. That statement upset me so I googled BBB and relies he right according to the news articles and postings. It’s a sad day when the BBB sold out the American consumers!
